EMDRtherapie bij mensen met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis
Introductie
Tijdens deze eendaagse workshop over de behandeling van persoonlijkheidsstoornissen met EMDR-therapie neemt dr. Laurian Hafkemeijer je mee in de meest recente wetenschappelijke kennis over de gevolgen van blootstelling aan ingrijpende en beschadigende ervaringen.
Je leert stap voor stap hoe je een persoonlijke casusconceptualisatie maakt bij mensen met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis, zowel mét als zonder PTSS. Daarbij wordt onder andere ingegaan op de vraag waarom EMDR-therapie ook bij mensen zonder PTSS-diagnose een zinvolle interventie kan zijn, en welke aanknopingspunten je dan in de behandeling kiest. Ook leer je hoe je EMDR-therapie kunt vormgeven voor deze doelgroep. De verschillende stappen in dit proces worden concreet gemaakt aan de hand van videofragmenten van behandelsessies met patiënten.
Het doel / de doelen:
Na afloop van de workshop kan de deelnemer:
- De nieuwste wetenschappelijke inzichten beschrijven over traumabehandeling bij mensen met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis.
- Een casusconceptualisatie opstellen bij mensen met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis.
- Een kortdurende EMDR-behandeling (ca. 10 sessies) uitvoeren bij mensen met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis.
